Retaining wall, drainage, concrete steps and pad in Falls Church, VA

“They did an excellent job replacing our timber wall, redirecting the downspout into an underground drainage system, framing out our steps and pouring a concrete pad across the back of the house. Their workers were polite and helpful and they cleaned up the site at the end of each day. Their price was very reasonable because the owner was willing to negotiate with us regarding the job. So, get the lead out!

We just received some good news from the EPA.  American Exteriors & Masonry is now certified to test for lead paint in houses older then 33 years! It’s called Lead: Renovation, Repair and Painting rule, and in case you were unaware beginning April 22, 2010 the federal government is requiring all homes built before 1978 be tested for lead paint before any renovation work can be completed. While this may feel like an intrusion for some Americans at American Exteriors & Masonry we know how important your time is and will be there for you to conduct quick clean and accurate testing to keep disruptions to a minimum and assure your peace of mind.

If you live in an older home and are concerned about lead based paint call us today to schedule your test.

Flagstone Patio and walkway, Ashburn, VA

I called and spoke to a human being on a Saturday, and the folks at American Exteriors & Masonry were able to schedule an appointment with me at my home for a site survey and estimation/project review within a few days of my initial contact. The job was estimated at what I determined to be an excellent price and an aggressive timeline for completion. Much to my surprise, the job was started before the anticipated groundbreaking date, and was finished in less time than projected, which in my experience with the construction industry is an extremely limited occurrence. The product I received was of better quality and more aesthetically pleasing than I had foreseen. The personnel from American Exteriors & Masonry were friendly, accommodating, efficient, and punctual throughout the entire job, and I would be happy to provide a “satisfied customer reference” if so requested. 5 stars! Grant S., Ashburn, VA
