American Exteriors Lifetime Warranty extends to the following projects:
• Replacement Windows
• Entry & Storm Doors
• Vinyl Siding

American Exteriors Limited Warranties extend to the following projects:
• Masonry (5 years)
• Under Decking (5 years)
• Deck (5 years on workmanship + 30-year guarantee against rotting or termite invasion)
• Fence (5 years on workmanship + 30-year guarantee against rotting or termite invasion)
• Shingle Roofing (10 years)

Below are the complete details by project type.

Replacement Windows. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC provides a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of all replacement windows. The manufacturer’s warranty is a limited lifetime warranty. Please check the manufacturer’s warranty at www.simonton.com. The customer is responsible for removal of all blinds, drapes, alarm wires, intrusion devices, picture frames, curios, as well as anything attached, adjacent to, or near the walls prior to the installation. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC will not be held liable for damages to items not removed prior to installation. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC does not guarantee that customer will be able to reinstall all blinds or drapes after window installation.

Doors. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC provides a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of all entry and storm doors. Please check the manufacturer’s warranty at www.proviadoor.com. The normal ten (10) year manufacturer’s warranty for steel replacement entry doors excludes applied plants of the door if installed in a high vibration or high heat environment, including, but not limited to, placement behind a storm door or when painted dark colors.

Siding. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC provides a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of all vinyl siding. The manufacturer’s warranty is a limited lifetime warranty. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC provides a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of all fiber cement. The manufacturer’s warranty is a 25 year limited warranty.

Roofing. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC provides a ten (10) year warranty on the workmanship of all shingle roofs. The manufacturer’s warranty is commensurate to the amount of years the shingle is warranted for. For additional cost, a pro-rated labor and materials warranty is available and must be stated as such on the front of this agreement. Please check the manufacturer’s warranty at www.gaf.com.

Deck & Fence. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC provides a warranty on the workmanship of decks and fences for five (5) years. Furthermore, we guarantee against rotting or termite invasion of deck, fence and wood products for 30 years. Warping, shrinking and checking (splitting of the wood) is not warranted, as it is a natural occurrence of wood products and cannot be prevented. We do advise you to seal your wood products as recommended by the manufacturer of the wood and sealant products.

Under Decking. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC provides a five (5) year warranty on the workmanship of all under decking. Due to the design of all under deck products, they are not guaranteed to be 100% watertight. American Exteriors & Masonry, LLC can take precautionary measures with flashing at an additional cost if so stated on the front of this agreement; however, we still cannot guarantee the project to be watertight. Please check the manufacturer’s warranty at www.drysnap.com.
