Located in Leesburg, a part of northern Virginia, American Exteriors & Masonry is a family owned, Class A Licensed, home improvement contractor located in Northern Virginia. Carmen Pretopapa, the owner,  holds the Class A Builders license which means we are qualified by the state of Virginia to do any size home improvement project in the state. From replacement windows, composite or wooden decks, brick patios and flagstone walkways to egress or basement windows and doors, you can be assured we will complete your project with the highest level quality and integrity.

Bonded, Licensed and Insured since 2005, and with over 3,000 jobs installed that means you are assured a quality job from start to finish.

About the Owner:

Carmen Pretopapa has been a resident of Leesburg in Northern Virginia, Washington, DC, and Maryland for 27 years.  As youngsters he and his brothers worked with their father to build a successful home improvement business located in Easton, Pennsylvania.  Today Carmen brings two generations of home improvement know-how, design and success to your project.
